WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our business was established and is located in Sydney. We built our online store to give customers access to gallery quality artwork at affordable prices.

WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION ARTWORK?

Each piece produced by Broad Art is limited to a maximum of fifty prints. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist, and these details are added to the rear of the frame.

PRINTING & MATERIALS

WHAT IS A GICLÉE PRINT?

A giclée print is fine art digital print of archival quality which is guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to a hundred years. Giclée printing is an industry standard in galleries and museums across the world.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?

Each artwork is printed on 310gsm 100% cotton rag paper.

DO YOU USE REAL TIMBER IN YOUR FRAMES?

We use Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak timber. All of our timber comes from sustainable, local sources.

HOW IS THE WORK MOUNTED?

Each print is dry mounted using an acid free film to an archival 5mm foam board. The process ensures that the print remains perfectly flat.

WHY DO YOU USE PLEXIGLASS INSTEAD OF GLASS?

We use a 3mm UV museum grade plexiglass in our frames. This acrylic protects the work from UV damage, is shatter proof, and has the added advantage of being lighter than glass, reducing shipping costs.

CAN I HANG MY ARTWORK?

Each piece is finished with hanging wire and is ready to be added to your space.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Each print is custom made and framed by hand. Your new artwork will arrive in two weeks.

HOW IS THE ARTWORK SHIPPED?

Each piece is shipped in a custom made, double wall cardboard packaging, and is bubble wrapped to protect the work. All work is insured against loss or damage.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free within Australia. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of $20 applies.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be emailed to you when the work has been dispatched. Your artwork is dispatched about ten days after placing your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Contact us on info@broadart.com.au to update your shipping details. This can be done right up until your work ships.

RETURNS

All items are returnable within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
